Upon being appointed Lead Logistics Provider (LLP), we established a standard inbound transportation cost to reduce monthly inbound costs by RM342K. We then increased truckload efficiency from 40% to 65%. Finally, we made improvements to outbound CKD packing and established a standard outbound packing cost to save up to RM0.9mil in costs per month.

JHC made improvements to the handling, transportation and racking of bumpers between the vendor and its client’s Shah Alam plant to minimize incidences of defects caused by logistics.
